Sistema de Chamados 2.0
- Completed
- 250+ automated checks (unit and end-to-end)
IT helpdesk that works without internet: a single queue, business-hours deadlines and login-free tracking for whoever asks for help.
- Public sector
- Management and operations
Client or brand: Cabedelo City Council (Brazil)
The problem
The IT team worked from a basic system with no deadline control, no reports and no basic protections. And whoever asked for help never knew where things stood.
Who it is for: The IT team and staff of Cabedelo City Council.
What the system does
A complete rewrite. Staff open a ticket with department, name and extension, and follow it with a number and code. The team works one queue with priority, assignee and business-hours deadlines, plus a knowledge base, canned replies, equipment inventory, reports and a TV mode for the department monitor.
System screens
The screens stay in Portuguese, as in the system.
Modules

What the screen is made of
Every screen above depends on decisions like these, made in the code and covered by tests.
| Part | Decision |
|---|---|
| Network | Runs on the internal network without internet: fonts, icons and scripts served by the system itself. |
| Deadlines | Response and resolution deadlines calculated in business hours. |
| Migration | Tickets from the old system imported from the database dump, keeping their original numbers. |
| Installation | A web installer that locks itself after use and a delivery package built by script. |
Technology
- PHP 8.1+
- PostgreSQL
- Apache
- Dependency-free JavaScript
Stage
Completed
Completed in October 2026, awaiting installation on the council’s network. The screens show the system’s own demo database, with fictitious tickets, names and departments.
