The problem
The official portal, built on WordPress, hid over a thousand pages outside the menu, linked to systems that were offline and showed the board of a previous term.

What the system does
A PHP portal model with no database: the archive was inventoried, members and committees come from the council’s SAPL system, transparency is organised by the law that requires it, accessibility is built in (high contrast, larger text, sign-language plug-in on demand) and the communications team uses a declarative panel.
