The problem

WhatsApp and phone scams use real companies’ names to collect fake invoices and request instant payments. Customers have no way to know whether a number is official.

Who it is for: Companies that serve and bill customers by phone and WhatsApp.

What the system does

Each company registers its official numbers and gets its own verification address. Anyone types a number and instantly sees whether it is a recognised official contact, with a channel to report fraud. The dashboard tracks checks, reports, blacklist, audit trail and data-subject requests under Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD).

What the screen is made of

Every screen above depends on decisions like these, made in the code and covered by tests.

Part Decision
Isolation The same number can belong to several companies, but one company’s blacklist never overrides another’s official number.
Trust A deactivated, cancelled or not-yet-approved company stops vouching for numbers as official.
Evidence Report attachments stored encrypted and downloadable only from the dashboard.
Billing Subscription status re-read from the provider on every event, never inferred from the webhook type.
Tests The same suite runs on SQLite and PostgreSQL before every release.
