The problem
A councillor’s or deputy’s office runs on citizens’ requests, events and bills, usually scattered across spreadsheets, notebooks and WhatsApp groups.
Who it is for: Councillors’ and deputies’ offices and their teams.
What the system does
A multi-tenant platform brings together contacts and community leaders, the engagement funnel, requests on a board, the schedule, a territory map and files. Bills and formal requests are drafted with AI using the city’s Organic Law as context, with a monthly quota per office.
