A regional automotive portal migrated from WordPress with its entire archive: 2,320 stories, 198 videos and 7,759 images.

The problem
Fifteen years of content on a heavy WordPress site. Changing platforms could not cost the archive or the reading history.
What the system does
A PHP portal with its own newsroom panel. The whole archive came through the WordPress API, with topics, dates and each story’s historical reads; images were picked by the correct aspect ratio among the sizes WordPress kept.
